Shipping

“Natural Health Care” will deliver the goods to its customers via a courier service company of our choice, where delivery covers only the territory of Malaysia. In normal circumstances, it takes around five (5) working days for processing from the date of order confirmation for Peninsular Malaysia, and up to 8 (eight) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan. You will be notified if an order takes longer than it normal does.

Please be informed that no delivery services shall be available on Sundays and public holidays. Address cannot be changed once order is confirmed and paid, and the company will not take responsibility for any wrong address provided by customers.

“Natural Health Care” will strive to deliver the goods at the best possible quality and condition to customers, however we cannot guarantee any firm delivery time. We shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery services if it has been due to causes beyond control or force majeure. “Natural Health Care” reserves the right to hold back the delivery of any goods to a customer if it has doubts of whatsoever as to the customer’s credit worthiness or inadequate identification.

 

Damaged During Shipping

“Natural Health Care” goes to great length to secure the condition of the packages that we send to customers. However, we outsource the shipment to third party courier companies, and thus it is still possible that items may be damaged during shipment at times, although only sporadically. These companies are responsible for the goods during transportation. We encourage customers to open the package the moment you receive it, and any damage is identified, kindly make claims against the forwarding company. “Natural Health Care” will not be responsible for any items that are damaged during the shipping process.

 

Postage Charges

Postage charges do apply, and they are automatically included into the total sum when you add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. The postage rates are only for destinations within Malaysia.

 

Tracking And Uncollected

Please note that a unique tracking number will be sent to your email once the order(s) had been sent. In some cases, it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

In case you are not around during the time of delivery by the 3rd party courier service, they will most likely contact you before they bring the parcel back to their office and leave it there for self-collection. Kindly collect the goods from the office of the aforementioned courier service. “Natural Health Care” will not be resending parcels if uncollected parcels are returned to us, unless customer made special request will a top up for courier charges again.

 

Return & Refund Policy

“Natural Health Care” is always vigilant to ensure all orders are correctly fulfilled, however, if the case where any discrepancy of products delivered does occur, and for that a customer wishes for a return or refund, please be in touch with us via email [email protected] within seven (7) days upon receiving the products. Our customer service officers will be in contact with the customer within seven (7) days after we are alerted, to provide the customer with the proper procedures in respect of the return of products or refund.

“Natural Health Care” have a “Strictly-No-Refund”/ “Strictly-No-Exchange” policy for vitamins and supplements products to safeguard the quality of our products, unless when received by customers the goods were already not in good condition, or under the following reasons:
a. If the product is out of date or expired; or
b. If the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered

Other than vitamins and supplements, “Natural Health Care” allow exchanges for other types of products/ goods, under the following reasons:
a. If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the product is out of date or expired; or
c. If the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered

 

Unless the fault lies with “Natural Health Care”, the customer shall be the party to bear any cost in postages should any “exchange of goods” request arise.

 

If and when a customer is wrongly charged more than the value of a product as shown on our website when purchasing, rest assured we will make a refund to the customer the difference. Before making any refund for a returned product by a customer, it is a mandatory procedure that “Natural Health Care” conduct an examination to qualify them for reimbursement. We would reiterate that the return of a product by customer does not automatically merit a refund.

 

All refunds will be made via the same more of payment within 2 months, subject to the refund policy and the common practice of the appointed bank or financial institution. “Natural Health Care” shall not be held liable to any loss that a customer or any party may suffer as a result of any delay in the processing of refunds by a financial institution.
