EACH FILM COATED TABLET CONTAINS:

Calcium (from calcium citrate tetrahydrate) 250 mg; Magnesium (from magnesium citrate 232.05 mg) 37.5 mg; Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 6.2 micrograms

Contains: No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, soy or artificial flavours.

Directions

ADULT DOSAGE:

Two tablets, twice daily. Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
