Directions

DIRECTIONS FOR USE - ADULT DOSAGE:
Mix one heaped scoop (5.5 g) with 200 mL of water. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.

Warnings

The dose of fibre should be increased gradually. Fluid intake should be increased with an increasing dose of fibre.
Do not take powder alone. Mix with food or fluid.
Drink plenty of water.
